CAKAP


Senior Product Manager (Jan 2024 – Present)When I joined Cakap, I was tasked with leveling up our upskilling platform — upskill.cakap.com — a place for professionals across Indonesia to learn and grow. The challenge? Bring in more users and keep them coming back.I led two squads (12 developers), and together we launched 15 projects in just one year — the company's fastest release pace. I rolled out a loyalty program and skill badges, which helped boost user activation to 85%.By focusing on the right features and smarter payment flows, we doubled user acquisition and increased retention by 38%. Revenue also jumped by 45% in 2024. It felt great to have our team’s work recognized — I won “Best Project” twice, and I was named a Top 3 Contributor in Q1 2025.


NIAGAHOSTER


Head Of Product (Jan 2021 – Feb 2023)At Niagahoster, I worked closely with the CEO and other executives to shape the product strategy for Indonesia’s biggest hosting platform. I led a team of 8 PMs and 18 UI/UX designers — an amazing bunch of talented folks.Together, we focused on retention and upsell strategies. By really understanding what our users needed, we grew retained user revenue by 36% and upsell revenue by 50%.One of the things I’m most proud of? Three of my PMs were named Employees of the Year — a huge win for our product culture and team development.PS: Niagahoster is merging with their parent company hostinger.com


MAMIKOS


Senior Product Manager (Oct 2019 – Nov 2020)I joined Mamikos right before the pandemic hit, and it was a wild time. I was in charge of two teams (15 devs, 1 PM, 1 APM) handling Booking and CRM. Our main goal was to keep the business stable and growing during uncertain times.We introduced a premium program for property owners, which brought in a new revenue stream. We also built a loyalty program that helped lift user retention by 45%.Through all the chaos, we managed to grow GMV by 5x — a considerable team effort during a tough year.


BUKALAPAK


Product Manager (Jul 2018 – Sep 2019)At Bukalapak, I focused on Mitra Bukalapak — a product for small business partners. I led the launch of their first-ever loyalty point system, which let users collect and redeem points for rewards.It was more than just a feature — it helped drive retention up to 45% and brought in new revenue. I worked with a cross-functional team of 8 engineers to make it happen.It was a solid lesson in how the right incentives can build stronger user habits.


SKYSHI


Frontend, Project & Product Manager (Jun 2012 – Jun 2018)Skyshi was where my product journey started. I began as a Frontend Developer, building sites and apps for clients like Sampoerna University, National University of Singapore (NUS), Trakindo, Mataharimall, and Reebonz. Over time, I stepped into project and product management roles, leading multiple teams and launching real products.One of my proudest moments? Creating GetHired.id from scratch — a job platform where I handled everything from product development to Facebook ads. That project taught me the full stack of product growth and marketing.It was six years of real hands-on experience that shaped my career and mindset as a product builder.
